The twenty widows who live in our Widow Village have adopted orphan girls who previously lived in the Lundi Orphanage. These hard-working ladies barely make ends meet and need a way to provide for themselves and these girls. With these loans, the widows will purchase materials to begin businesses right in their neighborhood. As they begin to make a profit, they will repay the loans, and even more widows will be give the opportunity to start a business. Our previous widow loan program had a repayment rate of 100%
